By booking an appointment on our website, you agree to the following conditions:

Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in:

  • a reduction in service time
  • or a rescheduling of the appointment, depending on availability
2.3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

2.4 No-Show

Unexcused absences may result in:

  • or a restriction on future appointment booking.
2.5 Payment for services

Some services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.

We do our best to present products accurately, but some details (colors, formulations, images) may vary depending on screens or manufacturer updates.

Products are sold subject to stock availability.
If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will inform you promptly.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen and the destination address.

In-store pickup may be available for some products.

6.1 Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.2 Defective Products

If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt:

No refunds are offered for services already rendered.

For hairdressing services, the client must inform the stylist:
